Painting the town...

I think I may be getting into the Christmas spirit....Thursday night my cute hubby got Jazz tickets for my Dad and Max and ballet tickets for us! He may be quoted as saying "I gave up 5th row Jazz tickets for 4th row ballet tickets?!!" We really had a great time although I came to find out I am not the mature one in this relationship. I'm not really proud of it but.. there was a male dancer.. and the rear view... you know how the harder you try not to laugh... traumatizing. After the ballet we went to Cucina Tuscana for a late dinner. Pretty great night.

I can't resist a few more!

Sunday brunch and Family Pics

On Sunday we decided to get some brunch with my mom and her wonderful husband and do some family pictures for our Christmas cards. Max breaks my heart! He looks so old! I know I am not a fair judge but he just may be the cutest little boy in America!

You know when your around a couple and you just know they are just meant for each other? Katie and Steven are just that kind of couple. I'm so happy that found each other and totally elated that they are getting married! Henry and I love you both! Congratulations!

Copycat

I am obsessed with Gossip Girl- well I was anyway. Season one was so greasy! And the clothes!!!! But something has been missing this season that je ne sais quo but I did snag this Alice + Olivia frock that Blair was wearing last week and there may be a Burberry Warrior bag waiting to be opened Christmas morning. I do have high hopes for tonight's episode (I'm waiting until everyone's asleep to watch). Anyway I just wanted to put it out there that I'm totally a Gossip Girl copy cat. oxox

It's beginning to look a lot....okay only a little like Christmas

So I started strong in my Christmas decorating and have just fallen a little short. I can't seem to find the motivation to put up my actual tree. I know I need to do it soon before the "bah humbug" in me takes over and poor little Maxwell gets no kind of holiday cheer!
